Nagaraja
Long ago, mages of the eastern world experimented with the blood of kindred. In a experiment using the blood of Tremere, Lasombra and Cappadocian kindred, an accident occurred and a small cabal of the mages were turned into the first Nagaraja. Hunted for their horrid clan flaw and sorceries, it’s a miracle the Nagaraja survived at all. Though being such powerful sorcerers, this might not be surpising… Disciplines: Auspex, Dominate, Necromancy (Nagaraja Necromancy differs from that of the Harbingers of Skulls, the Giovanni and the Mortis discipline of the Cappadocians) Nickname: Flesh Eaters |
Dark Ages
The mostly unknown clan
of the Nagaraja quietly made it’s way through the dark ages, though
their horrid habbits of eating flesh made it impossible for the other
clans to ignore them when discovered. Though the Nagaraja were hunted
extensively, they managed to survive into ages to come.
Modern Day
Even in this late age,
not much is known about the motives or goals of the Nagaraja, other
then the gathering of secrets and their nightly meals. Fortunally most
vampires cannot say they ever heard of the Nagaraja, and thusly the
Nagaraja are relatively safe from persecution…until their grisly habit
is discovered and the blood hunt is called.

Havens
Though the Nagaraja
would choose to live as far away from civilization, they simply cannot
due to their flesh addiction. They generally choose places they can
stay without fear of detection from mortals or kindred, and from where
they can easily reach out to a fresh supply of meat, such as places
that are considered to be haunted.
As a clan
The Nagaraja hold no ties to their clan at all. They will not even share their treasures secrets with others of their clan.
Strength
Employing Necromancy in
a manner named The Vitreous Path, the Nagaraja specialize in the
summoning and controlling of wraiths. Even the Giovanni are incapable
of wielding wraiths in the manner the Nagaraja can, and fortunally for
the Nagaraja the Giovanni are oblivious to this little secret.
Weakness
Being created
artificially, the clan suffers from several flaws. Firstly, any vampire
or mystical creature that wields Auspex or is in some way capable of
perceiving auras will easily be able to recognize a Nagaraja for what
they are, for all Nagaraja have a deathly grey aura. Secondly, all
Nagaraja must eat the meat of a corpse aged no more then one day in
order to keep their strength up. Each night they fail to eat, they will
grow weaker and weaker, until eventually grow too weak to defend
themselves from threats at all. Lastly, unlike other vampires, the
Nagaraja develop a whole mouth full of razor sharp fangs to suit their
diet, making it even more difficult for a Nagaraja to fit in with
mortals when necessary.
