Dark Ages
Though the Lamia were stronger soldiers then conventional Cappadocians, even they were no match against the onslaught of the Giovanni. They stood their ground and protected their masters as long as they could, but eventually failed in their goal. The last Lamia was officially killed during a Camarilla blood hunt in 1718.

Where the Cappadocians went, so did the Lamia. Where ever they made their home, the Lamia defended it.

As a clan
Much like the Cappadocians the Lamia worship death, only in the form of the Dark Mother, and are much more aggressive then the Cappadocians. Their ability to spread disease is their way of spreading their belief, and they do so with great fervour. Also unlike the Cappadocians, the Lamia were warriors, and a great deal of the clan was female. Though the Lamia devoutly followed the Dark Mother, they were loyal to their parent clan first and foremost, and were one of the most devout lines of defences between the Cappadocians and the Giovanni.

Strength
Just like the Cappadocians, the Lamia possessed the Mortis discipline. Unlike the Cappadocians however the Lamia also possessed Fortitude and Potence, rendering them far more efficient warriors.

Weakness
The bite of the Lamia was one ridden with disease. Any mortal or kindred bitten by a lamia will become a carrier of a highly dangerous, highly virulent disease. Any mortal bitten will easily be able to spread the disease and will quickly die of it’s effects. A kindred will not die of it’s effects and not spread the disease quite as easily, but they become a carrier and suffer from it’s weakening effects nonetheless.
